I ship our SaveTime products with tracking. Shipping costs are:

 

€8.00 - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland.

 

Please inquire for other locations.

 

By the way, I'd also be happy if it were cheaper :/.

 

You should receive your order approximately 7 business days after production.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If your bikini doesn't fit, you can of course exchange it (within 14 days of delivery) for a different size or model.

 

Please note the information regarding special offers! (Second Chance / WINTER LAYOUT / NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN)

SALE: NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE!!!

 

TINTI & BLUE is excluded from exchange/return.

 

 

Simply send me an email with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. When you return your package to me, it would be great if you could include a small note with your order number and exchange request.

 

You cover the return shipping to SaveTime Ocean, and I'll cover the shipping of your new bikini.

 

RETURNS

 

After receiving your order, you can return your unworn products (trying them on is allowed, of course ;) ) within 14 days, in their original packaging with all labels.

 

Please note the information regarding special offers! (Winter storage and Second Chance items are non-returnable.) ISLA SOLA cannot be returned.

 

This means, first send an email (within the 14-day period) stating which product is being returned to SaveTime.

 

No later than 3 business days after informing SaveTime, you should send your order back to us. Again, please include a small note with your order number in your package.

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage during transport by using suitable packaging.
